Lucy is part of the friendly front-of-house team at the Foot, Knee and Back Clinic, sharing reception duties with Mary. Warm, welcoming, and wonderfully organised, Lucy will help you get booked in quickly and make sure you’re scheduled with the right clinician for your concern, so your visit feels straightforward from the moment you get in touch.

Known for keeping the kettle on, Lucy is always happy to offer patients a cup of tea or coffee while they wait for their appointment, helping create the calm, caring atmosphere we’re proud of.

Outside the clinic, Lucy enjoys long walks with her two dogs, getting lost in a good book, and listening to music. She’s also a keen knitter, and if you ever need proof, just ask about the cosy socks she can make!
